TO THE BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS OFFICERS OR SHERIFF
OR DEPUTY SHERIFF, OR ANY OTHER OFFICERS AUTHORIZED
BY LAW TO SERVE CRIMINAL PROCESS.
        WHEREAS, complaint has been made in writing, and notice given that the Defendant was to appear this date to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of Court and it was found that the defendant had received actual notice of the hearing date and failed to appear as directed in the said Court.

YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED forthwith to arrest the said JOE BYRD and bring him before the Judicial Appeals Tribunal, or if the Judicial Appeals Tribunal be adjourned or be not in session that you retain him in your custody in the County Jail in the County in which you arrest him or that you deliver him into the custody of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, subject to the further order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Bench Warrant is designated for service day or night.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant is to be denied bail.
